This year, Art Market Budapest and 360 Design Budapest promise a rich program

The 360 ​​Design Budapest series of events organized by Art Market Budapest and the Hungarian Fashion and Design Agency (MDDÜ) will offer even more special programs this fall, Art Market Budapest organizers have informed. MTI Wednesday.

Art Market Budapest and MMDÜ are joining forces for the second time to effectively raise awareness among the public open to contemporary art about the links between the two fields and to promote the exploitation of synergies between the two, they said.

For the 12th time, Art Market Budapest will welcome contemporary art enthusiasts to Budapest from October 6th to 9th. Central and Eastern Europe’s most important international contemporary art fair will feature a selection of around 120 exhibitors from almost 30 countries at Bálna Budapest, with a number of themed events to accompany the fair.

The MDDÜ is organizing 360 Design Budapest for the third time. This selection of actors from the national and regional design scene will present their objects to the public in a creative and innovative way.

The aim of the event is to raise the profile of Hungarian and regional designers and help Hungarian design brands enter the international market. The exhibition will be accompanied by a rich series of events: conferences, round tables and exclusive guided tours.

One of the key elements of the partnership is a professional meeting called Inside Art & Design, which will specifically explore the interrelation between art and design, with the participation of renowned international speakers, world-renowned experts, round tables and guided tours.

The brochure quotes Anita Forintos-Szűcs, Deputy General Manager of MDDÜ, who pointed out that “after last year’s successful collaboration, this year we want to strengthen our professional relationship with Art Market, that’s why we have designed Inside Art & Design, a day dedicated to bringing together the fields of art and design.
